The Pacific Image PrimeFilm XA Plus is a easy-to-use scanner for 135 film strips, rolls and slides.

The Pacific Image Prime Film XA Plus scanner comes with a 10,000 dpi resolution that allows highly detailed true color scanning while the included software offers correction tools and other features. The PrimeFilm XA Plus uses a true RGB linear array CCD sensor to scan, allowing high quality scanning of 135 film and slides.

With the unique technique of auto film feader, PrimeFilm XA Plus allow users to insert film strip and roll film contiously, which is capable of scanning a great amount of film frames (up to 40).

User Friendly Interface

With the viewing window on the top of the scanner, you can see and monitor the entire scanning process. There´s a single button for scanning, allowing for a simple workflow. Additionally, dedicated eject, reverse, and forward buttons located on the top of the scanner further simplify the workflow by allowing efficient single-press operations.

The CyberView PF 135-Plus software is provided as a free download for Windows and Mac. The software The software allows you to get the most out of your film negatives with, for example: Digitial Noise Reduction that isolates an manage noise (grain) in both highlight and shadow areas witoout loosing image detail. A Magic Touch technology eliminates flaws in film and removes dust and scratches. The software also helps to restore faded colors from old film resulting in vibrant and rich colors.

Compatibility

The Pacific Image Power Film Plus is compatible with Windows and Mac and requires 4 GB of RAM and 50 GB of hard disk space (8 GB or more of RAM are highly recommended).
