The level of service is many times higher than others!
After a minor setback, where the stock of the softbox I bought was incorrect, and the delivery would tend to be too long, I was offered a more expensive alternative. And in order for him to be there on time, the SOFTBOX WAS DELIVERED TO THE DOOR THE SAME DAY!!!!

This is the best store to shop for camera equipment – I always shop at I Am Photographer, have been doing this for 15 years now and the service has always been excellent. Excellent customer service! Outsandingly fast delivery – ordered my products in the middle of the night and they arrived from Tallinn to Tartu pretty much next morning 🙂
