Steiner Navigator has since long been the given choice of binoculars for professional seamen and sailors. The new version Steiner Navigator 7×50 Compass Autobright comes with Steiners legendary photochromatic lens system that adapts to sunlight.

With a 50mm objective diameter and 7x magnification this binocular provides a calm view even in rough seas and guarantees a bright image with excellent contrasts and sharpness of detail even in the darkness. The extended field of view makes it easier for users to navigate safely when entering a harbour or similar narrow environments such as when crossing bridges or sailing in narrow archipelagos

The binoculars inherit Steiner´s exclusive Autobright Sunlight adaptive lens technology that can be seen in their successful Blue Horizon series. Autobright means that the binoculars automatically adjust the brightness for the best possible image in all light conditions. The technology makes it easier to see whether it´s at sunrise, on a reflective water surface in bright sunlight or in difficult weather conditions during the day.

The Autobright technology is based on photochromatic lenses refined with special molecules developed by Steiner to react to sunlight and automatically adopt to the light intensity and reduce disturbing glare. By that the eyes are protected from UV light and glaring sun, too. Thanks to the photocromatic lenses and Steiners high-contrast-optics, the new Navigator Autobright always delivers bright, high-contrast images with great sharpness and a brilliant 3D viewing experiences with natural colour reproduction.

The binocular come in the classic user-friendly Porro prisma design with an open hinge. Thanks to the innovative “open bridge system”, it’s easy to use the Navigator Autobright with one hand, even in demanding conditions on the high seas. The wave-like rubber reinforcement texture not only provides a firm grip, but also repels water to ensure non-slip handling in heavy seas.

Navigator Autobright 7×50 Compass comes with equipped with an illuminated, analogue, liquid-damped compass with a precision reticle for easy orientation at sea.

Steineri professionaalsete merebinoklite valikusse lisanduvad valgusoludega kohanduvate fotokromaatiliste läätsedega Navigator Autobright mudelid.

Uued binoklid pärivad Steineri eksklusiivse Autobright Sunlight adaptiivse läätsetehnoloogia mägimatkajate seas populaarselt Steiner Blue Horizon-seerialt. Autobright märgib binokli võimet kohandada valguse läbilaskvust vastavuses ümbritseva keskkonna valgusoludega, et saavutada parim võimalik vaatluskogemus mistahes valgusoludes. Eriline pinnakate läätsedel muudab vaatlemise lihtsamaks intensiivse peegelduse ning ereda valgusega olukordades nagu näiteks päikesetõusul, tugeva veepinna peegelduse korral ning lume ja jääga kaetud alade vaatlemisel.

Autobright-tehnoloogia põhineb Steineri poolt välja töötatud fotokromaatilistel läätsekatetel, mis reageerivad päikesevalgusele, kohandudes automaatselt valguse intensiivsusega ning vähendades pimestavaid peegeldusi. Binokkel on klassikalise kasutajasõbraliku porroprisma disainiga ja “avatud silla süsteemiga”, mis võimaldab Navigator Autobright´i kasutada mugavalt ühe käega isegi avamere nõudlikes tingimustes. Lainelise tekstuuriga kummikate on vetthülgav ning tagab seetõttu eriti kindla haarde.

Navigator Autobright on saadaval kahe versioonina – kompassiga ja ilma kompassita. Navigator Autobright Compass on varustatud vedelikkeskkonnas magnetkompassiga millel on lisavalgustus kompassi näidu lugemiseks hämaras.
